Refund policy

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date the customer receives the item (delivery date)

To be eligible for an exchange, the shoe must:

  • Be unused and unworn (no visible signs of wear on the sole, straps, etc).

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number, invoice).

Items not eligible for exchange include:

  • Customised/personalised shoes

  • Items purchased in a “final sale” or discount clearance event
  • Items that have been worn outside, damaged by the customer, or altered.

  • The charges for exchange delivery service are PKR 400/-


RETURN

Return of items can only be entertained only if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged.

Once the return is approved, we will dispatch a fresh product that will be delivered within 4 to 6 working days. 

* The items should be in their original packing with tags intact for return / replacement / / exchange to be processed.

* We don’t have a refund policy.
