Refund policy
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date the customer receives the item (delivery date)
To be eligible for an exchange, the shoe must:

Be unused and unworn (no visible signs of wear on the sole, straps, etc).

Be returned in original packaging

Include proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
Items not eligible for exchange include:

Customised/personalised shoes
- Items purchased in a “final sale” or discount clearance event

Items that have been worn outside, damaged by the customer, or altered.

The charges for exchange delivery service are PKR 400/-
RETURN
Return of items can only be entertained only if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged.

Once the return is approved, we will dispatch a fresh product that will be delivered within 4 to 6 working days.
* The items should be in their original packing with tags intact for return / replacement / / exchange to be processed.
* We don’t have a refund policy.
